A big hello from the On Tap Team...

Raff, Director

Raff began his career in the plumbing and heating industry in the UK in 2005. In his previous role Raff made himself indispensable and worked his way up from being an apprentice to being second fiddle for his boss, managing other plumbers and dealing directly with customers within 2 years due to his hard working ethic and way with people. Raff gained his ACC credentials and Gas Safe registration in 2009 and embarked on launching On Tap Plumbers with his wife soon after.

Likes: A great plumbing challenge and has a real passion for cooking!
Role: The Boss and Head Plumber
Super Power: Multi-tasking – plumbing, talking on the phone, managing our team, London traffic and dealing with customers all in one go!
Best Moment: Meeting my wife and meeting our 2 boys

Anne, Director

Anne is a Kiwi although is frequently asked if she is Australian (don’t worry she doesn’t get offended!) Anne has a BA Hons in English and Theatre. Anne worked in many different roles within the hospitality industry in NZ, USA, Australia and the UK. Anne’s background in hospitality gave her a firm understanding of customer service which she brings to her role. Anne and Raff established On Tap Plumbers Ltd in 2009 and live in Hertfordshire with their 2 boys.

Likes: Meeting new people and developing relationships with customers and suppliers. Secret passion is skiing.
Role: Everything but the plumbing! I manage the marketing, customer service, finances and general administration
Super Power: Running a hectic household with 3 demanding males and a business
Best Moment: Marrying Raff and having our 2 boys!
